We ask for a 50% booking deposit payable prior to reservation. We will then forward you our written confirmation and terms and conditions of hire. This forms our contract agreement. This is to be signed by the client subject to acceptance of our terms then returned to our office. At this point your booking is confirmed. The balance is payable to our staff on their arrival prior to installation.

On overnight hires there is an additional charge of 30% (minimum charge £20) along with a refundable security deposit of £300.

2 day hires are charged at full fee both days but there will be no 30% (minimum) overnighht charge. A security deposit of £300 will aslo apply.

All security deposits must be paid and cleared with our accounts department prior to hire and will be returned on collection of equipment in a satisfactory condition.

All booking deposits are none refundable.
