What size castle do I need?

Firstly it will depend on the size of the area you have. Then, if space is no problem it will all depend on the amount of participants you wish to use the equipment at any one time.

We require a minimum area approx 4 feet wider than the equipment. In other words add 4 feet to all brochure measurements.

How long does it take to inflate?

How much does it cost to run?

Running a 1.5hp electric motor on a electric pay meter over an 8 hour period will cost approx £3. Please note these figures may vary.

What if it rains on the day?

Sadly UK weather is something nobody can predict. All deposits are non refundable. You will ony be liable for the full fee when the equipment is delivered, so you can cancel before delivery. Should we take the decision to cancel the hire due to weather conditions or circumstances beyond our control a full refund will be made.

How many children/adults can use it at any one time?

This will depend on the size of equipment hired and the size and age of participants. It will also depend on how participants are behaving on the inflatable. We supply a supervision guide to assist the person responsible for the safe supervision of the equipment but we stress this is only a guide and only the appointed supervisor will be able to make the final decision as to safe numbers.

What if it pops?

Our inflatables will not pop. If torn or holed they will emit air. Should this occur it may cause some noticable reduction in the inflatables structure. Should this become apparent or suspected all participants are to be removed from the inflatable and our office contacted immediately.

Our inflatables can be left on for the entire duration of the hire provided it is supervised at all times.

Should theft occur the security deposit will be retained and the balance of the equipment replacement cost charged to the client. This clause forms part of our conditions and hire agreement so is legally binding. All refusals to settle the outstanding balance of stolen equipment will be pursued through the civil courts. Court costs and loss of business will aslo be sought.

What if it was damaged?
